How much time each day do you spend on your computer? I have to admit that I spend a good nine hours easily. That's quite a bit in my opinion. In fact, it can have a harsh effect on the eyes. These days it's very common for many of us to spend 8-10 hours on our laptops, desktops and notebooks. This is basically due to the fact that many jobs are computer-based. If you're not telecommuting from home, then you're probably lounging in a cubicle somewhere. Times have certainly changed. Anyway, since you spend so much of your waking hours on a computer, you probably want to snag some decent screensavers and wallpaper to dress it up. Heck, you might as well be staring at something you like for the better part of the day. What's on your monitor?

Do you have and favorite screensavers and wallpaper? I can't even decide which I like the best. There are just so many to pick and choose from. I must admit that I'm fairly partial to the screensavers and wallpaper that came standard on my Mac. The space one is magnificent. Of course that's from the mouth of an astronomy nut. The truth is you can download virtually any screensavers and wallpaper you want if you know where to look. My hang-up concerns the cost. Why in the world would I pay cash for screensavers and wallpaper, when they're free all over the web? It doesn't make any sense to me. However, I'm sure some folks do it. Probably my favorite screensavers and wallpaper to browse for concern horror films and Halloween. Yes indeed, I am a scary film geek. All I need is my trust Google search engine and the words "free screensavers and wallpaper." This always provides me with oodles of results. Anything from Jason, to Freddy, to Michael Myers can be found. If this interests you, then give it a shot.

Have you found those ideal screensavers and wallpaper yet? Maybe you're just not looking in the right places. Whatever you do, don't fall for that "free trial" garbage. They always pass you some hokey screensavers and wallpaper with writing streaming across it. They want to be sure you don't enjoy it much before paying. Trust me, those free screensavers and wallpaper are out there. It just takes a little surfing to find the ones you're after.
